This wistful ballad for the late elementary student celebrates the changing of the season from summer to fall. The charming lyrics illustrate nature's ebb and flow as summer gives way to winter, in preparation for a beautiful springtime. Written using a single hand position, the rich harmonies flow between major and minor. Contains easy coordination between the L.H. and R.H., and minimal use of eighth notes.
