Soaring on Eagle’s Wings is a late intermediate piano solo that portrays the majestic image of the eagle’s flight. This piece opens with mirroring chords in both hands, which leads into a middle section that is more lyrical, with a more joyful and serene presence. The ending returns with similar material found in the beginning, and is a wonderful recital piece for the late intermediate student.
