Wynn-Anne Rossi is a nationally acclaimed composer with vibrant educational outreach. Her compositions have inspired audiences across the United States and around the world. She has a respect for all genres of music, and her diversity of experience and love of discovery reflect in her expressions as a composer. Commissions include works sponsored by Minnesota Public Radio, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the American Composers Forum. Her repertoire includes works for piano, vocal and chamber groups, concert band and orchestra. Rossi was educated at the University of Colorado in theory and composition. Further training included choral conducting at Harvard University and jazz pedagogy through the University of Illinois. She also studied privately with Pulitzer Prize recipient Aaron Jay Kernis.

Wynn-Anne has a strong commitment to musical education. She has been offering residencies across the country since 2003, inspiring thousands of students to compose their own music. Partnerships have included MUNDI Project (UT), Linda Luebke String Festival (IN) and the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra (MN). Active as a presenter, Wynn-Anne is known for her innovative lectures, workshops and masterclasses. She has numerous publications for the educational piano library available through The FJH Music Company.
