Dennis Johnson is
a native of Lindsborg, Kansas, where he attended Bethany College,
receiving a B.A. degree in 1976. He completed requirements for a M.M.
in piano performance and pedagogy from Wichita Sate University in
1978. He has been a church musician for over 30 years, and is a
member of ASCAP and of The American Guild of Organists, from which he
holds the AAGO certificate (Certificate of Associate). His
compositions, arrangements, and articles are published by over a
dozen companies. A resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana for over 20
years, he is organist at First Presbyterian Church and St. Pius X
Catholic Church. |
